Description: After six years, Tohru returns with his younger sister Natsuha to the village of Monobeno, lost among the mountains. There they meet old friends again: the youkai Sumi, Kasaya Hiskaku and Alice, Tohru's childhood friend, who considers herself his fiancée.
During a summer festival dedicated to the local deity Himemiya-sama, strange things begin to happen to Natsuha. Her body suddenly matures and then returns to its original form. At the same time, the girl loses her memory of what happened. Natsuha feels that something terrible is approaching her, but a landslide that has cut off the village from the outside world is preventing her from finding out the cause of what is happening.
Tohru decides to reveal the mystery of what is happening at any cost and save her sister, be it an illness or a curse.
Monobeno -Happy End is a remake of the original game with additional stories of Sumi, Alice and Natsuha, as well as the backstory of Hiskaku. Some storylines have been reworked, new illustrations and additional scenes have been added. In this version, the story gets a happy ending for all the characters.
Sumi's Story: Tohru persistently searches for a way to return Natsuha to her previous state. He is helped by Sumi and their daughter Emi, who has the ability to see passages between the human world and the youkai world.
Alice's Story: After escaping from Himemiya-sama, Tohru and Alice enjoy a quiet life until little Seishin Himemiya appears. She turns Alice into a child and erases her memories.
Natsuha's Story: Natsuha remains in her small body while Tohru continues to search for a way to heal her completely.
